Before you apply

Casi Cielo is a small, hands-on coffee shop with very specific standards. We are dedicated gluten-free and nut-free, and those standards affect how we prep, clean, communicate, handle products, and make decisions every day.

Previous coffee experience can be valuable, but this is not a “plug in what you learned at a big shop” position. Our team has to learn how this shop works, why our systems exist, and how to keep a tiny operation running smoothly when there isn’t a manager standing over every decision.

We’re looking for someone who is curious, observant, adaptable, and willing to take real ownership of the space and finds value in a space that puts care into food allergies/sensitivities.
